• Appointment requests submitted online are not confirmed until you receive direct confirmation from our office.
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances.
• Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance when possible.

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged in advance.
• Online payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• All prices are in US dollars.

By scheduling service, you confirm that you have authority to grant access to the property and that our technicians will have reasonable access to the septic system. Southern Septic LLC is not responsible for damage caused by concealed or unmarked systems, inaccessible tanks, or inaccurate information provided by the customer.

Southern Septic LLC's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
